Vendor Agreement

Vendor agrees to supply all personnel and necessities required for the reserved booth for the entire event. Vendor is responsible for all equipment in the booth space as well as providing a tent, tables and signage as needed. Vendor is responsible for all trash and will be required to leave the site as it was when they arrived.

Vendor certifies that he/she has the necessary health and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania permits and will display a copy of those documents at all times during the festival.

By submitting this form, I agree to indemnify and hold Montrose Wine Walk event organizers, United Way of Wyoming Valley DBA United Way of Susquehanna County, Montrose Borough and Township harmless from all claims, liability, losses, and causes of actions that may arise out of this agreement. Should any claims be made against me, I will pay all claims and losses in connection therewith and defend all associated suits and shall pay all costs and judgments that may issue thereon. I further agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.
